Mini skirt is the greatest fashion statement I reckon. You can pair it with a t-shirt or spaghetti strap and still look stunningly beautiful. It does make your legs look longer if your are not of a tall stature. But most importantly is the comfortable-ness of wearing it. But I wanna stressed it out here that, mini skirt is definitely not for everyone. Girls I mean.
